At LIFTID LLC, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, which means each item is produced specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review our size chart before placing an order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [info@liftid.co] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will either send you a free replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, depending on the situation. Refunds, when approved, are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
